tripod casting!!!! SOS!! anyone got a spare leg??!

#1 Post by m.b3 »

cast my tripod into the sea today!!!!!

managed to get it back in two pieces. i took the bloody leg off it with the lead!! funny sight seeing it fly throught the air.

the leg is now broken as it snapped when i tried to bend it back into shape. is it possible to purchase another leg or similar to make a new leg out of?? any info much appreciated as i am kinda stuck. on my holliers too and i don't want to loose fishin time. don't particularly want to buy a new one either- supposed to be gettin a new rod and thats gonna cost enough. thanks.

Ha Ha Classic I have done that before, as well as putting a lead through my brolly   . Its hard to get spares, might have a few old tripods you could take the legs off :)
