Duration:1 hour/2hours

Tide:high then ebb

Weather:cloudy with breeze

Bait:plugs

Rigs:

Results:1 bass / 1 thing




Report:done a dawn session yesterday 1 small bass then today foulhooked a little fishy i.d. please :roll: . conditions perfect today for plugging not a tap :mrgreen: , i wonder do alot of the bass move to more central channels or channels with more tide run this time of year :shock:

i reckon its the same colour as a weaver fish.. did it have a black dorsal fin? dangerous little feckers but i have never seen them that small

it did have a spike didnt check to see was it hard or soft :D :D and wasnt part of a fan like fin youd see on adult weavers......though myself either juvenile weaver or gobie of some sort

Nice fish Seanie well done. What is the name of that plug? Oh and if you had the cash for only one lure what would it be?

the plug with the bass was a sinking tacklehouse node 20g, other one is a shallow feed, if i had the cash for 1 plug probably search out another rodio craft banz sr125 i was nearly in tears when i lost the one i had, im a sucker for lures....worse than a mackeral :shock: :lol:

Cheers for that albeit double dutch to me! Thinking of trying a spot this week armed with a spinning rod so I'll certainly print out your reply.

nice one with the bass man :D :D like the lads said,,,, deffo a sand goby. which is a bit of an odd one as they usually hug tight to the sea bed and rocks for cover :? :roll: :lol: :lol:

You seem to becoming an expert at hooking minute fish on a lure five times their size.
