Finally...popped my popper.......

At last...got a Bass on a surface lure tonight......only took me years............and years and years........and .........................years.................. :oops: :oops: :oops:

well done dunner, i have yet to get one on the lure, mainly cos i bait fish mostly!
still can't wait for my first on a popper :D nice fish too!
species 2009, whiting :(, three beard rockling,.shore rockling, 5 beard rockling, flounder, lesser spotted dogfish,bullhuss, dab,bass(13), more whiting : pollock,poorcod,pouting, sea trout(the dodder!)brown trout,sea scorpion,mackerel, silver eel,
topknot:), cod, conger, corkwing wrasse,smooth hound.

Nice one, well done. Now you won't stop catching them off the top...
Took me a while too before to get the first one on the surface but after that it became a lot more consistent :) maybe it's a confidence thing ... or else the purchase of Mr Patchinko :wink:

Give the LC Gunfish a go...they also catch well on the top. Padge73 is stocking them at the moment.
