Nice one Gerry, glad to see the rag lasted that long for you. We managed Ray, Huss, Doggies, another 4LB Pollack and of course Wrasse later that week. If you need more rag let me know and we will try to get them down to you somehow. Now you should try a good sized sandeel (on a running ledger) at that Wrasse mark into darkness and hopefully the big Pollack should oblige.

was talking to a lad at the weekend and he told me you can get nice cod at the first beach i met you at,he said to fish it at night on the incoming tide,he also told me of a good bass beach,he saw tourist catching some descent ones at it,will have to try it out some day
weird looking fish the scorpion fish, hard to know how to hold them, one thing i would not do is put my finger near it mouth, they have a strong bite, the Three Bearded Rockling give me the hebby geebies, they always seem to make a snap at me like a dogWozza wrote:Nice little session Gerry well done. nice looking scorpion fish, dont hey just give ya the hebby geebies when you lift em out.
