People:2

Duration:7:30 to 11pm

Tide:Low water 11.15

Weather:Dry night with virtually no wind

Bait:Raw, Lug, Sandeels and Mackerel

Rigs:2 or 3 hook flappers.

Results:Codling, Whiting, Flounder and Coalies.

Report:A very quiet night after the last few visits but not too bad when you consider that we were effectively fishing the last few hours of the ebb. Not a Doggy in sight, only one decent Codling caught. Hopefully if will be fishing better on Friday night!

Were there many on the beach ?
I went there on Saturday night , there were about 10 guys fishing, and as usual some numpty had blocked the enterance to the beach, couldnt be bothered tramping up and down the beach to see who's car it was. So I went to Castlerock instead. Caught a few nice plaice.

Just myself, my mate and one other guy that I could see. He was way down the beach so I dont know how he got on. Suppose it was expected to be quiet as the tides were bad.
