Little Killary SAC Competition - August 2005

Had a bit of a fiasco with the Little Killary meet. Wasn't best pleased at the lack of signposts. Or directions. :evil: Ended up fishing Lettergesh Strand as didn't want to have wasted a trip to Galway (harbour full of Mullet, btw) & Mayo. Couldn't give bait away on it. Not even crabs. Ended up dumping a good bag of squid, mackerel, peeler, black lug, sandeel etc and clearing off to Westport in disgust after one of the locals said the place was unfishable after the red tide.

Suggestion for future comps: post a map a few days in advance....
