fishing bannow bay

hi heading up to wexford saturday to fish bannow bay in particular near grange. looking for any advice as regards bait and tide times. heard theres a fair rip of current on the drop and wondering is it fishable from high to low. any advice/pms welcome thanks in advance 8)
