Was talking to Kevin MacGabhann today, he has his boat, the the Maighdean Mara available for 8 people this Friday 11/9, 3 seats are already booked so there would be room for 5 more.
The trip is planned to start from Spiddal Pier at 9am, meeting will take place at 8.30 to allow time to board the crew and gear, species targeted are mainly whitefish like Pollock, Coalfish etc. but Gurnards, Huss, Rays, Tope and Blueshark can be cought too.
The weather forecast for the Galway/Connemara area looks perfect, mostly sunshine, +18°C with light winds 3m/s.
I was already out a few times before with Kevin, he is a friendly, experienced and helpful skipper.

Skipper has confirmed tomorrows trip is going ahead, we are 5 at the moment and if anyone wants to come along no problem, there would be room for 3 more. Duration from 9 to 5, cost per angler €60. Tackle etc. separate.
