Anyone used this Company? What's shipping time like to Ireland. Does you bait arrive frozen. Some very good prices, especially black lug. Might be worth a bulk order if it arrived in time

looks the bizz! might put some pressure on the irish suppliers!
just like the non-perishable tackle people now buy online :) :)
if a half a dozen people got together to order, the savings would be amazing.
regarding stuff staying frozen, i've bought frozen goods from england for years
and never maybe had one or two mishaps which re replaced 100%! :!:

Tilly is great for fresh bait and cheaper then most tackle shops and he can deliver for 7 euro so why give your money to a British company shouldn't we be supporting out local businesses and keeping money in ireland n all that  i dunno maybe im wrong

good point and when being a regular, this should be reflected in cost :)
if it's same day/next day delivery, it will take off for sure!

i collect my own bait these days, cos i can and it means more money for petrol to go fishing!
just lucky to be able to! that's why i can fish so much :D :D

Agree with Tony, Tilly has been good to me the last 18 months......didnt know he'd deliver though, do now 8)

But some of the prices/bait available through that site do seem excellent.

The Austrian, let us know how you get on, be good to hear some feedback

I do a bit of Pike fishing and the baits are sourced from the UK anyway and these prices are 50% and more cheaper. Would be worth a bulk order, especially the coloured baits.

For Sea Angling, I buy off Dave all the time, especially Crab. Where I can I will keep it local. :!: Cost is a big factor though, and if you look at some of the prices for example Frozen Black Lug, this place seems to be excellent value. You could have your whole winter supply in one order and save quite a bit of cash. If 2 or 3 lads ordered together and haggled for a discount or perhaps some free shipping you are looking at bigger saving again  For Live Lug and Rag, these guys are cheaper, but not that much and when you factor in postage, there would not be a huge saving, but for the rest of it??? It would be worth thinking about.

I was contacted from a girl at around 5pm today per email :?: remember, my delivery target was this Thursday :!: so if it wasn't bad enough to waste an entire day  they quoted me 35£ for shipping
Needless to say I've cancelled the order...

The Austrian,

What was the size/value of your order, £35 would seem rather excessive unless you've ordered a months worth of bait
