Duration:7till11

Tide:on the rise

Weather:grand

Bait:lug,mac,crab,razor

Rigs:3/0 pennal,pullys

Results:me,1thorny,1stary smooth,2flounder,10dogs..
wrasputin, 2 smooth hounds, 9 dogs, joe white - 1 smooth hound, 6 dogs.

Report:decided to go out for a few hours after work just stayed near, so we all met up and all headed off. catching all the time we were there, the dogs plagued us. got a nice bite on one of the rods and reeled in and it was a nice thorn back for that beach. next trip were going 2 baltimore blue shark fishing. cant wait.

Some fine looking hounds there, and welldone on the ray....they were certainly feeding last night :wink:

Well done nice fish iv caught quite a few thornbacks on those beaches over the years I am suprised there isnt much reports of them but when I caught them it was on big mackerel baits like the one s we use from the rocks in Clare and the Shannon Estuary Clones beach I think I caught them from well done
