People:myself and Dunnie

Duration:19:00 to 12:00

Tide: full tide about 21:00

Weather: chilly but nice

Bait: crab, rag, mack, sandeel

Rigs: single snood clipped

Results: smoothie, dogs, coalie,

Report: got there about 7 and were greeted be a lumpy sea. It was a bit rougher than what I what I would've liked but what can ya do. Smoothie and dogs came on the feed after dark. Dunnie managed his first smoothie about 5 lb, Git!!!!!!!!!! Some scrap, Still waiting to get one myself. Wasn't too bad a session and we weren't expecting smoothies given the state of the sea.
Sorry no pics.

Cheers lads! the weather is looking good for thursday so I think another trip down that direction is in order and I think we'll head a bit further south too. Has anyone got smoothies on rag and squid or is crab an absolute must for these little devils?

I have had a few hounds recently on rag on it's own‚ and was also using crab which was ignored. One of the hounds was a good 8lbs or so :!:

Good stuff lads cheers, crab is a bit thin on the ground up this neck of the woods at the mo and I cant really justify paying __ €1.50 a crab considering I'm unemployed! I'm determined to get a smoothie tomorrow night, fingers crossed!
