fishing wexford/waterford next week

Hi to everyone, posted here several months earlier, (thanks to everybody for the help) coming over for a weeks fishing. Well the time has arrived and the weather isn't looking great. Arriving Sunday morning and strong southerly/ south westerly winds forecast at the moment, my question to anybody who can help is where are the best area's to find a bit of shelter and possibly a bit of fish also are the beaches likely to be weeded up.
