People:`myself, the dodger and master

Duration: the evening time

Tide: on the rise

Weather: chop suey :shock: agus windy

Bait: rag, cràbeens, and razor

Rigs: flappays

Results: flounderasauruses and bass




Report: another day another dublin bass beach, was joined by masterkeane for this expidition so he could pop his bass cherry. got to the beach and was greeted by a fairly lumpy sea, combined with a rising tide, expectation where high for a few fish. first three casts for me had three flounder flapping up on the beach, john had a fine double himself on his first cast, a steady stream of flats summed up the session for me, finishing up with 8 in total, none bigger than 25cm. john managed couple of better flounder and what do you know a bass :mrgreen: only a small one, but was delighted for him. meanwhile roger suffering from blankanightous finally got in on the action with a small bass and flounder, meadiocre enough expected a few better specimens to show.

twas wet and windy at least my new jacket didnt leak :P was fising for two hours before i copped the fish where in close :roll: glad john got his bass even if they were small he can only get bigger ones now :lol:
