Today, I got this fella at an old mark I've fished for years which is quite shallow. The kelp beds here dry over low water. The bass on Wednesday was caught in deeper water, about 25ft at LW. I've had another one here but the other two were from shore; one at LW +2 and the other at HW-1. At LW the kelp beds are exposed here.

without a dout Pat is the Bass King ......... of all the (experts on this site ) who fish for Bass i dont think anybody has caught as many 6lb+ plus fish as this man. i have had the pleasure of fishing with Pat and every time we go out i learn something new. i would swear that he is half man and half Bass. Honestly he could catch a lot more schoolie Bass but he isnt bothered with the numbers.

Pat is a true and true Specimen hunter who has dedicated his life to catching specimen Bass.

99% of the Bass that he catches are returned to live and fight another day the only ones he keeps are the ones that are deeply hooked and wont live.

I have heard that he has got a "cloking" device so that people dont know where he is fishing.

to give you an idea he took a friend of mine out who fishess a lot but hasnt caught many Bass out fishing last week and my friend caught 13 Bass the smallest was 6lb.

i will say it again Pat is the true Bass king 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)
