any on fished clones beach

Hi all just wondering if any one has fished clones in the last week or two as have a comp there sat nite and wondering how it was fishing any info would be a great help.

plenty of dogs and some small bass have been caught recently but overall its been poor

the only time iv took hounds off clone is early am just at the dawn they seem to come in also
spurdogs all good size it throws up a big bass once in a while havent heard of any biggies this
year but crab is a bait i would bring macks rag and a bit of squid these are always effective for me down there also try fishing away from the flow of the river as it has been very muddy
as of late some thing to do with the weather use waders and go to the opposite side the water will be cleaner good luck let us know how you get on

thanks again great info will see were thay peg the comp and hope to stay clear of the muddy water will be fishing from 7 till 12 at nite so will keep a nice big crab bait ready if any hounds come in.mmmmm spurs would love to hook in to one its along time scine i have seen one on a beach and will let yea know how the comp went some time sunday .
