Kilmuckridge

#1 Post by Cormdogg »

Hi Lads,
Im off to Kilmuckridge with the Lads on Saturday, going to try and squeeze in some fishing while the lads drain our countrys beer resources. Probably going to bring two telescopics because I wont be stocking my own car to the brim as usual. Can anyone recommend a pier or some rocks for some spinning or minis or even flats, I don't fancy hitting the beach.

Thanks in advance, directions be good!

Cahore is just north of there. Handy little pier there that throws up a few everytime i fish it. Theres rocks behind it but haven't tried there myself yet. If you follow the road passed the pier theres lots of rock marks behind the castle. From Kilmuckridge head north (R742) towards Courtown. Turn right in Ballygarrett. Cahore is signposted.

Hope that helps. Good luck and let us know how you get on.
Davy
