millisle- 17th august 2009

people- team mcminn- dan and drew (for a while)
tide- flood
duration- 4.00pm til 8.50pm
weather- calm, bright and warm, slight breeze later on
rigs- flappers and float
baits- maggot, bread, white rag, lug and earthworms
results- me 1 mullet, 1 flattie, 9 sand gobies
drew- nil.

i decided to head down today for the mullet, i met my uncle (drew) down there already after them, he hadnt had any success, he left by about 5 or 5.30, by about 6.15 or so i had a nice mullet of about a pound. i then went up for something to eat and went back down for a while, couldnt see the mullet, so i tried for some other species, got plenty of sandgobies and a mini flounder. will put pictures on tomorrow.

A good few fish there Dan. Well done on the Mullet.
2011 species (2) - Three Bearded Rockling, Coalfish

2010 species (8) - Coalfish, Codling, Shore Rockling, Pollack, Lesser Spotted Dogfish, Poor Cod, Whiting, Pouting

2009 species (10) - Lesser Spotted Dogfish, Pouting, Coalfish, Long Spined Sea Scorpion, Shore Rockling, Codling, Haddock, Shanny, Whiting, Flounder
