Hi lads

Im new to the site ... i have been fishing on and off for a couple years now mainly dun laoire and dalkey for mackerel and pollock ....

Im lookin for any advice as i wanna catch myself a nice bass .... any information regarding lures or bait or any nice spots not too far away from me ??? And also just wanted to know if they can be fished at nite and wat bait would suit .... ive heard brittas is good ?
Any tips or info would be greatly appreciated :?

ye u will catch them in brittis at night on a flooding tide use lug and mack and keep ur cast short

A two hook flaper with size 1 or 1/0 hooks will be fine

howya if i was fishing for bass i would use lug and squid or lug and mack

how are you doing mate use a pulley pennel rig with 3/0" or 4/0"s on the buisness end of things,

Hey
Chris keane if your who i think u are u'll know me good little spot to keep in mind is shankill beach mate of mine has 1 or 2 but it can be a bit rough for the weed

wats the crack mate yea you hav the rite "john b keane" .... ye i have always taught of fishing killiney and shankill but ive never heard great reports about them off people !!
