The lesson for any prospective specimen hunters seems to be: The more I fish at the right places at the best stage of tide the luckier I get :wink: :D :D

Two in one year is some going, well done fella and especially nice on a lure
Sea Species(25) bass, codling, whiting, turbot, seatrout, stingray, pollock, coalfish, longspine scorpion, ballan wrasse, dogfish, ling, pouting, poor cod, dab, mackerel, smelt, sandeel, launce, bull huss, painted ray, thick lip mullet, golden grey mullet, rock goby.
Fresh Water (2) brown trout, sea trout

No, the lure in the pic is a Duo Tide Minnow. You can get them from Padge73 at http://seirelandlurefishing.blogspot.com.

species 2009, whiting :(, three beard rockling,.shore rockling, 5 beard rockling, flounder, lesser spotted dogfish,bullhuss, dab,bass(13), more whiting : pollock,poorcod,pouting, sea trout(the dodder!)brown trout,sea scorpion,mackerel, silver eel,
topknot:), cod, conger, corkwing wrasse,smooth hound.
