People:mise

Duration:2.5 hours

Tide:full out at 1

Weather:cloudy and strong wind

Bait:plug

Rigs:

Results:1 bass 4lb




Report:very windy made a fair swell in the shallows , seen lots of fish close in but no takers. waded out further and the weed wasnt so much of a problem great fight again off the fish. next cast though i saw a log behind the plug it was a fish turning away so i let the plug sit and twicthed it but fish gone 8)

well done sean nice bass still waiting for my first 1 heading to kerry for a week on the 18th
so maybe then well done again

Good bass - and great photo.
I can imagine it must have been rather choppy there with the northeasterly wind.
Did your new waders arrive yet???

no frank no waders yet i was perished after an hour :shock:, think the wind played a factor in the lack of fish......back to bait fishing in a night or 2 8)

went bait fishing last night and got this little fishy, missed an absolute "crazed donkey" of a bite aswell but fish dropped the bait 8) , going plugging again at lunchtime so hopefully the conditions will be better than yesterday :D
