Report:arrived on the rocks and first cast connected with a fish, things seemed promising, secound cast had a 4lb pollack at my feet, fourth cast had another cracking bite and it took of like a steam train, a few minutes later and I had a 4lb 10oz pollack, best this year yet :D Things then went quiet for no appearant reason and over th next 21/2 hrs just got 3 more pollack around 3/4 lb and 2 stray mackeral.

really nice pollock - Where are these rocks :?: :D

Would be interested in hearing about some marks around the fahan Buncrana area myself - I've fished off Buncrana pier and have seen lads at lisfannon casting from the beach but I've never found anything deep enough from rocks. What about the dunree side of stragil is there rocks round that side? And what about in round inch - is there a road to the side facing Rathmullen?

Loadsa questions
