Alright Youngrod, Shane is spot on there, Wexford is ur best bet for Smuts on the East Coast, Best bet would be to try the Cannons in Rosslare or the Point, another Spot i like to fish for them is Courtown, plus there is a decent enough fishing tackle Shop in Courtown. Owner of the shop will fill u in on where to go if u get lost, His name is Joe Byrne, nice guy and knows the area farily well.. Gud luck and hope u get a few now  (*Tight Lines*)
