Great photos!

Mullet on the Dodder? Why am I the last to know everything? If anyone is going Mulleting Dublin side pm me please and I'd love to join the hunt.

Don't bother with the dodder lads, there's JCB's, huge mounds of earth and plenty of colour to the water because of the flood defence works being built and the work on the lansdowne road redevelopment.

Probably better off sticking with the liffey or poolbeg

:( I didn't even think of that but then I havent been up that end of the river in a while either, I normally fish up around the Rathfarnaham stretch with the dry fly but I was looking at the mullet last year and had been meaning to have a crack at them on the fly but didn't get around to it. I must take a spin out to Poolbeg so, I havent been out there in ages.

Excellent pics there, particularly like the one with half the fish out of the water.

Thx again folks. Now I can only look at these pics and dream. Change in the weather from Medittearenan to " lets-go-for-a-pint" makes me lookin for a Wizard to help me to find a mullet again. I hope what they've said in the paper about hot summer this year was true  and that it wasnt my last mullet session this year...
