Report:
Arrived up at the mark about 9.30 and met a few of the lads from the site. :D .Few doggies had already been landed and i was hoping to get in on the action straight away after the success i had there last week.( 5lb huss and more doggs than crufts)  . Things started badly losing my first rig on the first cast, losing my second rig on the second cast, i think you can see were i'm going with this   . The others left about 11ish and i decided to hang on (didnt want to blank here after last time), ended up using a simple 3 way swivel songle hook and a home made lead to cut down on tackle lose. Things started looking up as i was getting good hard bites, lost a few doggies on the surface yards from me in the kelp beds. Eventually landed one dog about mid-night, it was the strangest looking dog i've caught as it jet black   . Few bites after that but no more fish so i headed home about 1.30am, hard to get my head round how totally different the fishing was only a week ago, but i will be back :D :D not sure how the other lads finished up but i'm sure there'll be a post up from them soon :D :D
some times catching crabs is a good thing.........or is it...........?
