do you fish there much yourself??? the amount of times i fish there you`d think we`d have bumped into each other atleast once :roll:

i have never met someone else while fishing strangford,apart from mates that is...
theres alot of forum members who know where to fish for mullet but nobody ever bothers...
and i wouldn`t worry about it too much,i`ve plenty more marks to fish.strangford is a big lough..
you dont seriously think i gave away all my secrets do you :?:

maybe i should write a book :idea:

could call it davy`s secret mullet marks :lol:

at least now with the proper gear you should give him a run for his money.
I'm going to hire a microlight from the airfield when I know Davy's heading to one of his secret marks and buzz the fecker :twisted:

Davy I dont think you will have to wait to long for your first of the year. Knowing you it will probably be another specimen too.

hope you`re right

startin the season off with a speci would be very nice but i`ll not hold my breath... had a very lucky year for speci mullet last year

7 mullet over 5lb

think that`ll take some beating,but i`ll give it my best shot :wink:

weather looking good for weekend so i`ll see what i can do

must get out again, had a massive shoal of them in millisle a few weeks back, fished for 5 hours did not get a single fish.
