People:Me

Duration:2hrs/1hr

Tide:inn/out

Weather:crap

Bait:feathers

Rigs:same

Results:11 Mackeral

Report: Fished Killybegs peir for two hours on Sunday, got 11 Mackeral on the feathers some out far and then some just jigging at side of peir  , in between I went to get a rag to clean hands, handed my rod to wife (no comments) looked round and there is what looked liked a philopino (forgive spelling) over chatting to her. I rushed over to her aid after I cleaned my hands. FFS he was off a boat from kilkeel asking for a Mackeral, she had already said no, but me being me said yes he could have a couple. Are they not allowed any of the catch? Anyway back to the peir on Monday not a thing plenty of seals. Cant complain cause it is early.

mackerel on the BBQ, brilliant.
i remember seeing on UTV live or BBC newsline about Philipinno fishermen being treated very poorly by the Kilkeel boat owners they worked for. it was on a few months ago.
