who- myself
when- 1600-1800hrs, high water 16.30, wind westerly3-4, no swell.
rig- pulley,3/0 hook
bait- mackerel
result- 2 conger to 3kg
comments- wanted to fish deep water on east side of point but there was a lot of pot gear  , so moved to shallower south side. was in contact with congers straight away, landed 2 and lost 2 more, nothing big but good fun  .

nice one on the eels joyster :P . it's the same up here with the crab pots at some marks. over the last week or so some marks have been heavily potted :? :? :? i tried to fish an old crumbling pier in red bay this week that usually produces some good wrasse. but it was impossible as you could have played dot to dot with the pot bouys
