Howdy the water at the back of the caravan park is muddy shallow and quite snaggy, your better off fishing near to the diving tower a short walk down the back of the golf course in darkness using mack and squid. Siverstrand which is two minutes heading West towards Spiddal will produce some nice Flounder Lug and Mack strips, Spiddal pier a further 15mins West can throw up the odd surprise but i haven't fished it a few months.
