A Few Hours Before The Ban.

People:Baz, Pat and Myself

Duration:8pm - 1145pm

Tide:Good

Weather:Tropical

Bait:Lug, Frozen Crab

Rigs:Pulleys.

Results:Flounders, L.S.D.s and Lots of Bass!




Report:

We have been getting a steady stream of Bass since January but havnt been reporting on our adventures due to laziness T.B.H. :shock:
Anyway we put in a few hours yesterday before the cut off and we were rewarded nicely. A new P.B. for Baz rounded the evening off nicely.
Fairly hectic going once they started feeding aggressively, rods being pulled over as well as having 2 Bass in each rod with only one pair of hands is becomming run of the mill stuff :lol:
And taken pictures became impossible after awhile due to the frantic action.

Heres a few pics anyway to keep us going for a month:

super looking session. Must get down that way again this year and see if i can catch just one lol

8) all fine healthy lookin fishies :) sounds like ye had a super session 8) , kn what ya mean about being two buzy to take pics., its called bass-i-tious :) cud ya see a strange kinda scary look on the lads faces :) :) bet ye cant remember how many ye got, 8) anyone get cut or spiked :P ?

That beach has been really producing the bass of late - like you, I had a few nice ones lately (5.5lb best), just too busy to post pics.. :(
What happened to the Sunridge gear, eh??? :shock: Been shopping in Shaws again Baz, were we?
Must be the recession...

those are great head lights! nice one. have one from argos too as a backup.

keep yer gear cheap and simple and concentrate on the fishing. great ROI.

only just noticed this post been busy with new grandchild and van has been playing up so up to me elbo,s in green poo and oil ,that bass in the last pic looks like it wants to slash your throat with its dorsal, some of em can be down right evil :lol: even when you tell em they are going back :shock:
