Had to head down to letterkenny to work for two days so asked boycie did he want to join me for the trip i didn't have to ask twice.we left on tuesday night and got to the hotel unpacked and hit the bar for a pint or 10 and some food, next day i had to go off and do some work stuff after that we hit fahan and set up straight away first cast boycie was on a nice fish it was all go from then twice we got bites at the same time and landed them,biggest ray was just over 6 pounds the day flew by besides getting the van stuck in sand and getting rescued by a farmer and his tractor best fishing session iv had in a long time

Well done fellas even though yis had me head wreacked in work with call after call telling me of yet another ray.Cant wait for wednesday, hope the ray are still feeding hard and tony doesnt get stuck in the sand.

Was on Faughn yesterday evening again and didn't have any Ray. One of the other fellas got 2 on his first casts but nothing after that. I had a 23 flounder. Conditions were near perfect to. We were thinking that it must have been something to do with the neap tides. Will probably get a run down on sunday again if i'm not to hungover.
