hi donal,
just a few details on the open angling competition in youghal on 27th and 28 th June.
this is the charter boat section were the main prizes are in the value of 2500euro ,
1st on score card being 500 euro cash down to 8th place at around 150 euro cash ,
also lots of stuff like weekends for 4 in carlton resort and similar from quality hotels along with rods etc from suppliers .
other categories ,1st to 4th species
heaviest edible
heaviest non edible
ladies prize
u18s prize
most unusual
entry is 5euro for comp and 50 euro pp for charter boat a day.
prize giving is in the quays bar on sunday evening at 7.30pm .
