Marks near Limerick and Clare

Folks.

Do we maintain any sort of map of Marks on the forum with good description of the area. When I searched the web i found a few high level descriptive marks that are available. My problem is that I am not familiar with those areas and I see there e.g. Kilkee. I can go to Kilkee but don't really know where it is ideal to go within that place. Go up the cliff, down the beach, near the road, etc. This information would be helpful for newbies like me in the area. It would also be a good guide when taking young lads to go shore angling. Cliff marks would be avoided on those occassion. I hope some of the members can provide some info on this. If there's non available I would probably start doing it on my first try. Most of us bring our camera when we go down to fish, it would be a good start to take area shots.

I have a print-off of an old cfb book with more marks but not in soft copy. The above has most of them though take the info with a pinch of salt as they are out of date. If you are fishing around the kilkee area Michael Bourkes tackle shop has a map outside it with marks and expected fish. If there anywhere in paticular you'd like to fish PM me and I might be able to help.

I might go next week. I bought a new reel from the web and wanted to try it. I expect it to be delivered around thursday or friday. Weather permitting I'll use my gears there the first time, weekend next week. I'll drop you a PM when I am going.
