I had a rough session over the weekend with bad weather, and sand getting everywere.I got the reel and at the start of the year and am not to familar with opening it up to clean.Should i leave it in to get serviced or is it easy to do yourself.Any help or links to a wesite would be great.

Give it a good rinse under a fast running tap, then when it's dry do this
