strawberry head co wickla 23-4-09

People:me debrock deric lad and keith

Duration:7.45 pm till 12 ish

Tide:rising full at 11.30

Weather:dull no rain light breeze

Bait:lug rag

Rigs:lots

Results:23 bass a rockling and a dog i think




Report:the raider,s went on the pull in wicklow all who took part managed a bar of silver ,alot of schoolies with a few bigger fish thrown in too keep us rod worshipping, all fish after dark 8) ,alot of messing about with the red lad getting in on the action ,the half time kick around turned sour when deric lad lashed one up strand and walloped two hsm zippys nearly sending them into the surf ,after a breif chase and several digs from dennis deric lad gave in and admitted to every crime ever commited if the headlock he was in was released :lol: young fellas i ask ya :roll: i managed a 46 and a 43 cm and dennis a 41cm ,rag was working well but lug took a few fish to also 8)

nice fishing fella's, when you've finished with the wader's eric you could always use them as a bouncey castle :D :D :D
some times catching crabs is a good thing.........or is it...........?

He's people smuggling with them, I hear he gets 10 chinese guys (or 12 gals) to each leg, @ €500 p/p, thats minimum €10k a trip :shock:

Its the few hundred undersize whiting down them waders you gotta be on the lookout for, I hear he's got enough salt water down them waders (from his rookpool escapades) to keep them alive for the rest of the season, he'll be pulling out 20 at each comp :roll:
