streamstown doggies

who- myself`
when- 18 april 10am-12am
where-streamstown bay co galway
rig- 2hook flapper
bait- sandeel
comments- lovely day, decided to wet a line at the bottom of my garden, result 6 dogfish,

bi ggest 63cm, not bad for first time out!


note-streamstown best fished on neap tides, 2hours either side of low water seems best

welcome to the site,well done on the dogfish,nice to get them during the day
i fish clifden bay and only get them after dark
if you are interested in a few thornback ray i will pm you a very good mark

have you caught many other species of fish in streamstown bay,i heard its good for conger

below doon castle hold conger at night, not for solo fishing, but good fun, contact me if heading out this way. always interested in anew mark.
