Fished the Downings the other day and it was pretty crap. Think its a bit early yet. You could try the Mulroy Bay area, could throw up a few Rays and dogs. Good luck

Pop into the Donegal Angling Centre (aka Swilly Flies and Tackle) and ask the guys what's going on, for the latest info. It's a couple of miles out of town on the Ramelton road.

Martin i've heard reports from a few fellas that the flattie fishing is pretty poor at the moment especially around the north Donegal areas. Hoping to head to a few beaches in the next few weeks to try for myself.
