Cono-flex Source estuary match

At the suggestion of various members and given the magazines will run a mile from criticising a piece of kit, here is your chance to tell us what you really think about a rod, reel, line, lure... keep it legal please!

Cono-flex Source estuary match

#1 Post by Lee337 »

Thinking about buying one of these, anybody any experience with them? Fancy a lighter beachcaster for general purpose use.

i haven't heard too much about the estuary version but the source itself is highly rated by many top anglers- a proper fishing rod with good bite detection. i would presume the estuary version with be of similar pedigree. i will ask 2moro and see if anyone has used it.

we had one for a prize at our open last year, nice rod for 3-4oz flounder work and plenty of power, though i think a bit on the dear side as you could get one of the greys bze 3-5 for £109, they have unbelievable power for a bass rod, put it like this, it would be an ideal beach rod for clean conditions on 90% of the beaches up here.
