Thinking the same myself ,haven't seen any reports on fish been caught on lures apart from the mike ladle one. I thought our own mike ladle down in Waterford would have had a Bass on lure by now, we wait with great expectation :o

Jim Hendrick of Southeast Angling Ireland had his first "customer caught" bass on the lure for 2009 over the weekend.
