rig mixtures.........

anyone ever tried mixing a couple of rigs in one. well its just i have ang they seem work well.

examples-
flapper and pulley
pulley and running leger
1 up 1 down with a pulley on the top.
or maybe 3 in 1.

have used a wishbone with a single snood above it to give a pretty good 3 hook rig, also a 3 hook flapper pulley rig which sounds complicated but is realy simple to tie and it works.

Yeah It's called a sheppey rig, I like the rig myself and have had a good bit of success using it for flounders in a calm sea :)

tried some and ended up with a big tangled mess :lol: one i like for cod and bass is a two snood clipped down with the bottom snood with a pennell for crab or a big cocktail and the top hook for lug

I like that idea roger ill try that. All i have to do now is find cod and bass to try it out on.
