Straighten me out....

Quite like this pic but how on earth do I straighten it out. If I email someone with the full sized pic, could you straighten the horizon for me please and crop accordingly. Pretty please..... :D

Use Microsoft Office Picture Manager
Go to Edit
then Rotate and Flip
then By Degree
then Crop

... or download yourself a copy of paint.net and do pretty much as Donal said, Rotate and then Crop the angles out.

You could also use The GIMP, if you're feeling adventurous.

when you have the picture done you can start on the photographer but i think you,ll need more than gimp!!!!
