Great video Boycie and I like the one of them swimming too, I'd never seen that before. They really are fascinating little things. I've been meaning to try out the salt trick for ages and actually collect my own bait for a change but I'm usually too lazy or busy and end up just buying the frozen stuff. That said now that I have a bit more free time on my hands that I had intended or would like, I must give it a go. Are there any decent spots around south Dublin where you can collect them?

nice one boycie, whats the chances of getting a good shot of the burrow before you salt it or is the "look for the keyhole shape" jargon enough to find em 8)

ill get a vid of the burrow opening for you when im back out on thursday seanie , you have to walk backward an as you walk over them they shoot a line of water out of the ground at you , thus making the ""keyhole"" shape in the ground !!
