Greystones Beach 9.2.09

#1 Post by fishingman103 »

Where: Greystones
When: 3 - 5 pm
Weather: Cold and wind
Bait: Mackerel and whitefish
Rigs: 3 hook rig

I went fishing yesterday at Greystones beach. It was very cold. It almost killed me it was so very cold. I used mackerel as bait and some small white fish I got the last time I was fishing. I waited for two hours but caught no fish. It must have been to very cold for the fish. A dog tried to eat my bait. He is not smiling now :)
Next time I catch more fish. Maybe go back to harbour. The beach is to cold.

It's a pity you didn't catch any fish, but what did you do to the poor dog??

At least you got a dogie to even sniff your bait. Cant get any myself. Remember, practice kindness to animals! except for lug worms, rag worms, razor fish, mussels, peeler crab, sand eels, and any fish that tastes nice and is big enough but not too big.
List 2010. fish

List 2011: less fish

2012: less fish again,

2013: even less fish.
