Hello all

We've had two posts recently that have led to significant issues and threats of legal action.

Slagging people off is all well and good, when you know and are FRIENDS with them! Presuambly they will answer back in turn and it is confined to the scomber and banter areas. It's usually good craic, often very funny and part of what makes this site the active and enjoyable community it is...

When there is an issue between you and someone else, take it outside. We do not want to see it here. There are rules that were brought in to protect the site and ensure it is not closed down via a legal action. If you want to abuse those rules, then you will be warned and failing a positive response, barred and ultimately if youre a twit, then simply banned!

Let's try to make the moderators lives easy - they do it all for free! Don't abuse the site, or people on it, or people who may not be on it but who are known to the angling community. You are not entitled to post someone's name or contact details on this site. No exceptions.

Trusting that everyone appreciates the gravity of the situation, no need for comments,

Thanks
