People:me and erico gispparo hotdog head

Duration:6 till 10

Tide:yes

Weather:yes

Bait:lug razor squid mac

Rigs:lots

Results:whiting whiting whiting

Report:set off from erics killiney mansion with high hopes brittas for some flats then anny reily for whiting and cod ,but alas both where unfishable due to huge surf of sunamic proportions so after a phone call to debrock we headed to arkla to the end of the south a bit of shelter from the crashing waves was found 8) ,dennis came down later to see eric getting his "how to catch whiting lesson" from grandad dodger 8) and even got eric some 100%irish beef to keep up his spirits ,twasnt great fishing but it was better than going straight home :D we managed a few decent whiting all of which got a swim in erics temporary aquarium before being carefully released by eric back to fight another day
lots of whiting a rat and a mouse where seriously harmed in the making of this report
could see some kind of mad comp at the beach near the harbour, run cast and run back without getting wet comp i recon

Not too bad mainly whiting and a few rockling i think 12 fish won it. It was tough going on some of the guys as it was their irst comp and a few retired early.
