Weather:started nice sunny with light wind from south then started to rain about 16.30 and winds got very strong
Bait:mackerel fresh and frozen,pawns,mussels,whiting,kippers,limpets

every kind i had in my bag,left most of them stuck to bed of the bay,lures

first session of 09 started off as another blank,tried 3 different marks,very hard to keep two rods going with big swells and a strong tide also a lot of weed in the water,don't worry the bay is clean of weed after my session
lost a lot of rigs but still happy to get out to try out the Century Tip Tornado i bought before Christmas
very happy with the rod
got to try out a idea i saw on the net using polo mints on a rig worked pretty good,i will do up a rig and take some photos and post later
tried some lure fishing but gave that up quick
no fish but better then sitting at home looking out the window waiting for the rain and wind to stop
