mullet season

when do the mullet begin to move in, what is the best rig, bait, hook sizes, line strengths and state of tide early in the season. ny good spots for early season mullet.

Fly Caught Fish 2014- Pollack, Coalie, Whiting, Mackerel, Sea Trout, Brown Trout, Perch, Roach

I use a feederc full of maggots and a size 12 hook with as many maggots as you can get on the hook and keep casting into the same spot every time and you such get them you could also get small flatfish :) :) but with regards to the time of year they move I don t know
