THIS SUNDAY 4trh JAN - WHITE WAVE SAC OPEN SHORE AT BENONE 12-5PM.
CHECK IN BOB'S BAR FROM 10AM.

FOR THIS EVENT ALL FISH UNDER 20 CM WILL BE AWARDED 5 POINTS

ALSO PENN POINTS ARE AVAILABLE

Fishing was poor as is all along the Causeway Coast.

18 over 20cm fish
16 under 20cm fish which were awarded 5 points .

The 5 points awarded for under 20cm fish went down well with all the anglers , I think it is the way to go.

We did it that way for the site meet too. I think we'll do the same for the next meet.

Ah its not devoid of fish up there but it was a tough days fishing. 5lb bass caught 30mins before the competition on the downhill end of benone beach. But think the fish-off's will be tough going.
