I'm pretty sure shoreking means they caught 15 bass between the two of them and kept 3 between them ....

Dunno how to fix that pm thing. Drivin a lot of lats crazy I think. As I've said to lads before. Sometimes the fish just don't pass while your there or there simply totally not interested. Stick with the feeder rigs for a while though.

We were luck to get so many last night. I'm goin to try to get out to a mark during the day this week. if I hit it right, I will get a double figure bass!

On past experience they should have been passing during the time I was there on Friday night but they might have been a lot further out - there was a good surf but the waves were breaking a long way out - further than I could cast. I didn't use the feeder rigs that time as there was so much kelp in the water I reckoned they would just add to the amount of weed I was collecting on the rigs.

But next time on that beach I will definitely give them a go.

Sometimes Frank when there's a big surf like that they can be almost right under your feet...just beyond the first breaker.

I tried that - fished one rod in close, the other at moderate distance and as far as I could cast, but kelp was the only thing I could catch

Go into your message box - on the left there is a column titled "Options".
Click on "Board Preferences"
Then click on "Edit Global Settings"
On the right there is a list of settings, third one down "Allow users to send you PMs - click on Yes.

That should do it.
