Duration: 11:30 - 3:00
Tide: High at 11:40
Weather: Sunny
Bait: Rag, mackerel and squid
Rigs: 2 and 3 hook flappers with poly balls on the top snood
Results: 1 coalfish and 1 pollack
Report:
I had a few hours free today so I decided to head out to Killiney to wet a line and to take my mind off the job search. I wasn't really expecting too much and I wasn't disappointed, it was a quiet session. I only had the two rattles on the rods but the circle hooks did there job, both were neatly lip hooked.

Re: Killiney 28.11.08
I and a mate David went down to killiney this evening. Set up in front of the car park. Tide was going out and it was seriously brass monkey time. Caught one very small whiting and then his mate on four separate occasions. Didn't bother with the frozen baits we had brought as there was no chance of them defrosting so stuck to lug alone. May go again early tomorrow to catch the same fella again.
