Anyone fish fenit pier recently? We have a comp Friday night so just looking to see whats around..

Haven't fished it for a couple of weeks they were catching scad on baited hokeyes there the night I was there. loads of small whiting, I would advise lug and squid as bait. if you are pegged toward the start of the pier (landside) lug might get you a small bass around low tide. If you are up near the top near the rocks there is a chance of a conger. there might still be pollock about on mackeral.

It has been really bad all this summer with the rough weather. The only good thing is the weather has been calm for the last couple of days that might improve the situation.
